I facilitate storytelling workshops all over the world, and I provide editorial consulting services for organizations ranging from mental health to local politics to climate tech.

As a journalist, I’ve founded several endeavors—including a feminist magazine and a media lab in the jungle—and I most recently served as editor-in-chief of San Francisco’s oldest newspaper.

My first book, I’ll Try Anything Twice: Misadventures of a Self-Medicated Life, will be published in Spring 2026 by She Writes Press.
